The Public Health Improvement Training (PHIT)

Hosted by NNPHI and several other national public health organizations

Improve outcomes and strengthen the performance of your organization by participating in the top training conference of its kind for health department leadership and performance improvement professionals. PHIT topics include performance management, quality improvement, workforce development, national accreditation, health assessment, improvement planning, and much more. At PHIT, you will learn from practitioners, professional trainers, and national experts, participate in small workshops, gain insight into the relationships between various public health improvement initiatives and tools, including accreditation and state/community health improvement planning frameworks, and hear and share valuable tips. This networking event is for health department leaders, performance improvement professionals, and those interested in the improvement of public health agencies, systems and community health.  PHIT’s call for abstracts is open now through January 25, 2018. Registration will launch in February 2018.

PHIT offers networking opportunities through a series of interactive learning and skill-building sessions designed for all experience levels. PHIT 2018 will feature a leadership track, providing critical strategies and networking opportunities for all levels of senior health department leadership. Join your peers at the annual PHIT Conference featuring hands-on sessions and discussion groups that strengthen and renew commitment to performance excellence and inspire new insight long after the convening ends. PHIT is co-sponsored by NNPHI and CDC, and planned collaboratively by these key national organizations representing the needs of the workforce:
